I develop websites, web applications and enterprise systems. I help businesses adapt their CRM, connect services and automate workflows. My work covers backend development, interfaces and infrastructure, from understanding a task to deployment and ongoing support.
Working in web development since 2005. I investigate existing code, trace the causes of failures and verify fixes against real user scenarios. My main focus is Bitrix24, Bitrix Site Manager, amoCRM, API integrations and Linux.

Contributed to Python services, the React interface and Bitrix24 Open Channels integrations. Fixed authentication and duplicate WhatsApp conversations while preserving messages and attachments; worked on amoCRM integration and Docker/K3s operations.

Migrated the store to a new BitrixEnv server with data synchronisation and HTTPS. Updated mobile navigation, product variants, cart and checkout. Integrated CDEK v2 and retailCRM for delivery rates, shipping documents, tracking numbers and statuses.

Contact centre & telephony
Built a contact-centre interface inside Bitrix24 with enquiries, conversation history, filters, CRM links and employee permissions. Optimised queries and loading, handled stale responses, and updated the call window and telephony navigation.

CRM: payments, workflows & analytics
RICC: deal-completion checks against linked payments, notifications and duplicate-invitation prevention. CAM: payment schedules inside deals, currencies, receipts, statuses and access rules. Infrastructure & integrations
Application deployment and migration, HTTPS, backups and restore verification. Configured SIP, routing and voice flows, connecting PBX services with Mango and Bitrix24. Migrated live calls, verified two-way audio and recording in both PBX and CRM. Worked on CRM-to-Google Drive recording exports with duplicate-processing protection.
